ENGAGEMENT


In this session, the client and coach will discuss to overall process, answer questions, set expectations and finalize any outstanding payment issues. Our coach will begin to understand the client's desired outcomes and direction. Instructions are given to the client for taking the assessment. This session will last at least one hour.

Client Intake


The client will log onto the web based assessment instrument. Depending on which assessment tool is used, the process takes from 10 minutes to 45 minutes.

Assesment


In this session, the coach will connect with the client to review the assessment results, while understanding how the results guide the career direction. Client and coach will determine best career path based on these results. A written report is provided to the client containing the assessment results. This session will last up to 2 hours.

PREPARATION

This may be a multi-session step to guide the client in creating a compelling and effective cover letter and resume. The coach will begin to coach and train the client on interviewing best practices, including how to highlight the clients' unique and specific skills and positive attributes. This session(s) will last up to 4 hours.

Resume & Coverletter Review, Interview Coaching

Coverletter and resume have been reviewed and are ready for distribution.

Resume Finalized

As we prepare for compensation negotiation, it is important to understand what the market norms are for the position, the location and the variables like, years of service/experience etc. The coach will review the market compensation data with the client, including instructions on how to find this information directly (for future use). This session will last up to 1 hour.

Salary Research

The client will have several key decision to make once an offer has been received. This session helps the client understand the variables of an offer, employer and employee leverage and how to maximize the behaviors needed to get the best offer possible. This session will last up to 1 hour.

Initial Job Offer and Salary Negotiation Coaching

PREP & LAUNCH

Finding the right job means looking in the right places, while taking advantage of the automated tools out there to help job seekers. The coach and client will discuss the various ways to effectively focus a job search, to improve the results and prospect of finding the perfect fit! This session will last up to 1 hour.

Search Strategy and Plan

Employer today access all available social media when considering a prospective employee. The client's use of social media can be a strategic tools in helping to secure a fantastic career or, it can be the sole reason a job offer never arrives. Our coach will review the current social sites the client is using, while providing content and platform recommendations. This session will last up to 1 hour.

Pro Social Media Strategy and Plan

Finding the right employer is as important (may more important) than finding the right job opportunity. Our coach will work with the client to develop a priority Top 10 list (as appropriate for location) to target. Once complete, the list is used several different ways to gain access to the key individuals who can give inside information regarding the opportunity, work culture, compensation, company strategy and much more. Our coach will teach the client how to access this excessively important audience and, how to increase the chances for a positive outcome. This session will last up to 1 hour.

Targeted Employer Outreach

Sweaty palms, shortness of breath, confusion, tongue tied? Yeah, we've all been there. Having a strategy to cope with these distractions could be the difference between success and a continued job search. Learn those strategies and practice, practice, practice interviewing. Be ready to rock your interview(s)! This session(s) will last up to 2 hours.

EMPLOYER ENGAGEMENT

The client will enjoy the interview process. Once complete, the client will debrief the coach on the interview(s). Lessons learned will be incorporated into future interviews. This session(s) last 15 to 30 minutes.

Initial Interview

More interviews are always a good sign. Using the learnings from the initial interview, the client will engage the interview process further. Once complete, the client will debrief the coach on the interview(s). Lessons learned will be incorporated into future interviews. This session(s) last 15 to 30 minutes.

More Interview’s Job

The all important job offer! Do you take what is offered? Do you counter-offer? Do you know how? Client and coach will develop a specific strategy to respond to job offers to ensure the client is maximizing the opportunity and setting the foundation for future success. This session(s) will take 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Job Offer Negotiation Support

Congratulations!! You are about to embark on the next exciting chapter of your career. Is there anyone else who needs to know? Other competing offers? Client and coach will wrap up the engagement and make sure all parties have been informed in a manner that leaves doors open! This session takes up to 30 minutes.
